Slaoui tagine Ø 20 cm – small Moroccan cooking tagine for 1 to 2 people

This small cooking tagine with a diameter of 20 cm is designed for a meal for 1 to 2 people. The tagine is from Morocco and is handmade and hand-painted from earthenware. Under the cone-shaped lid, evaporated moisture runs back onto your ingredients, so that juices and aromas remain in the pot. You can prepare fish, meat, vegetables, and fruit in it.

How to use it for the first time

• Wash the base and lid with lukewarm water
• Dry the tagine thoroughly
• Rub the inside and outside with (olive) oil
• Always heat the tagine slowly: it cannot withstand temperature shocks

Afterwards, wash the tagine by hand with warm water, a little dish soap, and a non-metallic brush, and let it dry thoroughly. Because every tagine is hand-painted, the decoration may vary slightly from the photo.
