The Silitop 48-cavity madeleine/canelé mold combines flexible food-grade silicone with a reinforced metal frame, ensuring exceptional stability during baking. Thanks to this robust structure, the mold remains perfectly flat, even when fully filled, preventing spills and irregularly shaped canelés.

Dimensions: approx. 40 × 30.5 × 4 cm.

Weight: approximately 0.50 – 0.58 kg depending on the source.

Capacity: approximately 0.93 L.

The non-stick silicone makes it easy to release your canelés without adding much fat. This mold is resistant to high and low temperatures: it is oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe.

The combination of flexible silicone and a strong metal frame provides both ease of use and durability. The mold does not bend and guarantees even baking. You can use it without a baking sheet, but it can also be safely placed on a wire rack or baking tray.
