The Silitop 30-cavity madeleine mold combines flexible food-grade silicone with a reinforced metal frame for maximum stability during baking. Thanks to this robust structure, the mold remains flat and does not bend, even when fully filled. This prevents spills and deformation, ensuring you get perfectly shaped madeleines every time.

• Dimensions: approximately 40.1 cm × 30.7 cm × 2.0 cm.

• Weight: approximately 0.39 kg.

• Capacity: 30 cavities – ideal for producing many madeleines at once.

The silicone used is non-stick, ensuring smooth unmolding without the need for much fat. The mold is resistant to extreme temperatures and can be used in the oven, microwave, freezer, and is also dishwasher safe, making maintenance very simple.

Due to the combination of flexible silicone and a strong metal frame, the mold offers not only durability but also ease of use. It can be used without an extra baking sheet thanks to its stability, but you can also place it on a rack for added sturdiness.
