The pressure cooker is made of stainless steel and has a capacity of 12 liters. This pressure cooker is ideal for preparing vegetables, soup, (stewed) meat, and other dishes. Because of the shorter cooking time, you not only save energy, but flavors and vitamins are also better preserved.

The Royal Swiss pressure cooker is equipped with a safety mechanism that ensures pressure can escape during cooking. This prevents too much pressure from building up in the pressure cooker. The 12-liter pressure cooker is easy to open/close using the lock on the handle.

This pressure cooker is made of stainless steel and has sturdy plastic handles. The pot is suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen heat sources. This pot is therefore NOT suitable for induction heating.
