About Capiz Shells:
Capiz shells come from the outer layer of a marine mollusk, scientifically known as Placuna placenta, also called the windowpane oyster. These shells are mainly found in the shallow coastal waters around the city of Capiz on the Philippine island of Panay. After thorough cleaning, the shells are naturally translucent. When painted and illuminated with a light, they create a beautiful play of colors.

Add a touch of natural elegance to your interior with this special lotus candle holder.
