In this enamelled cast iron Dutch oven from Hage, you can prepare stew, soup, sauce, bread, or a casserole. The cast iron distributes heat evenly and retains it for a long time, allowing your dish to cook gently and stay warm longer when you place the pan on the table. You can use it on any stovetop, including induction, as well as in the oven.
