The effective treatment of stress and worries

Stress and worry are, however, two phenomena that characterize our era. Despite the many books written on this subject and the many studies and research conducted, these two ailments continue to spread.

Most books approach this subject from a materialistic point of view, as they are inspired by Western society, where blind materialism prevails. Despite the fact that Islam has already perfectly addressed this subject for 14 centuries and described the effective remedy for it, the studies conducted in that field are rare.

Those who have expounded on this subject in books have spoken about the major role that faith plays in curbing stress and worry, and about its contributions to the evolution of the human mind to enjoy perfect mental health, but in their research, they do not start from a purely spiritual principle. By that, I mean the faith that permeates the heart, the faith that brings the heart back to life after its death and induces serenity and peace within it, the faith that mingles with the heart of the Muslim and directs his behavior through its rules and principles, so that his entire life is devoted exclusively to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.
