About this product
The baking pans are made of reinforced and weighted cast aluminum. In addition, they are all provided with a non-stick coating. Nevertheless, we advise you to grease the baking pan well with butter or oil.

The following points are important for this cake/baking pan:
-Wash with hot water and soap after use. Note: do not let it soak for too long.
-Before each use, grease with butter or shortening/flour or cocoa powder. Baking spray combined with flour or dusting with cocoa powder is best.
*Note: do not use regular cooking spray.
-Do not fill the cake pan more than ¾ full. This is to prevent your recipe from overflowing.
-Do not use scouring pads and/or harsh cleaning agents on the non-stick coatings.
