Which baking tin do you need?
- Cake and cheesecake: a springform pan has a removable base and a side that opens, making it easy to remove your cake. There are springform pans from Ø 12 to 31 cm, sets of 2 and 3 pieces, and a baking tray for apple pie and cheesecake from Klausberg.
- Loaf cakes and bundt cakes: loaf pans 26 and 35.5 cm long, an adjustable square cake tin, and a 22 cm bundt pan with a hole and a marble-look non-stick coating.
- Square and rectangular: baking tins from 24 x 24 cm to 39.5 x 23.8 cm for sheet cakes and oven dishes, and a set of 3 black baking trays.

Metal or silicone?
Metal baking tins conduct heat well, giving cakes and bread a nice crust. Grease them or line them with parchment paper, even if they have a non-stick coating. Silicone molds are flexible: once cooled, you can easily pop your bake out. Place a silicone mold on a wire rack or baking sheet so it doesn't sag. Wash pans with a non-stick coating by hand and do not use a scouring pad.
